Matthias Jacobs

Mr. Jacobs has been admitted to the bar in Munich since 2010. He studied law at the Universities of Leipzig, Padua and Milan.

Matthias Jacobs is specialist lawyer for trade and company law („Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht”) and hold a Master degree (Master of Laws) in European Private Law.

Mr. Jacobs speaks German, English and Italian. He is a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce Munich and Stuttgart.

MR. Jacobs focuses on the assistance and advice with transactions, investments, of start-ups and in the general field of corporate and contract law and offers his services as litigation lawyer.
